Privacy Notice
How London College of Business & AI Technology handles personal information received through this website. Last updated 29 October 2026.
Who we are
This website is operated by London College of Business & AI Technology (LCBAT) Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16627125), whose registered office is PO Box 4385, 16627125 - COMPANIES HOUSE DEFAULT ADDRESS, Cardiff, CF14 8LH. The College is the controller of personal information described in this notice.
Information we receive
If you email the College, we receive the details you choose to provide: typically your name, email address, organisation and the content of your message. This website has no forms and does not collect enquiries itself; the contact links simply open a new message in your own email application, and nothing is sent until you send it.
How we use it
We use this information to read and respond to your enquiry and, if you ask, to keep you informed about the College’s first intake. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.
This website
- The website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not set cookies for visitors.
- Fonts, photographs and scripts are served from the website itself, with no third-party embeds or hot-linked images.
- The website is delivered through a hosting and content-delivery provider, which processes technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk (opens in a new tab)). To exercise these rights, write to m.eid@mart-solution.com.
Changes
We will update this notice if our practices change, and show the date of the latest revision at the top of this page.
