Status and recognition
A plain statement of our position.
LCBAT is an emerging educational institution, established as a private limited company in England and Wales. It plans to welcome its first learners in the 2027/28 academic year.
Incorporation as a company is not the same as recognition by a regulator or accreditation by an awarding or professional body. LCBAT does not claim university status, degree-awarding powers or accreditation, and nothing on this website should be read as doing so. Any awarding, regulatory or accreditation arrangements will be stated explicitly, with their source, when they are confirmed.
The College does not currently accept applications, and the academic fields described on this website are areas of focus rather than programmes open for enrolment. It does not operate a physical campus.
